In June 2026 a large group from the choir sang Evensong in Southwark Cathedral with Jozik Kotz conducting and Colin Hughes playing the organ. The cathedral is a wonderful place to sing and we had a great time. Thank you to Jozik and Colin for making the day such a memorable experience.
Here are some photos from the rehersal in the cathedral's song school and taken in the cafe. Many thanks to Emma Clark and Christine Baelz for taking them.
The choral items included:
- Preces and responses: Bernard Rose
- Psalm 24
- Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis: Stanford in B Flat
- Anthem: Vaughan Williams - Let All the World in Every Corner Sing
